Job summary

ES Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia's Johor region seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to support Senior Engineer in developing and implementing manufacturing process strategies aligned with company objectives. You will work on tools, fixtures and automation to improve productivity, monitor KPIs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems.

The role requires 5+ years in electronics manufacturing and knowledge of injection molding, with proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• At least 5 year (Engineer) of experience in an Electronic Manufacturing environment.
• Critical thinking for continuous improvement.
• Knowledge in injection molding machine, electrical or mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, words and powerpoint).
• A team worker, high integrity and commitment.
• Good communications skills – esp. in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
