Job summary

NCS Global Technology Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Engineering professional to support process and equipment engineering activities, including troubleshooting, process optimization, validation, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will work with engineering teams to support technical testing, equipment improvements, process documentation, and compliance with quality requirements. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and the position may involve collaboration with external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Chemical, or Biomedical.
• 2–4 years of relevant working experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of process technologies and equipment engineering.
• Familiarity with process validation, testing, technical documentation, or quality systems.
• Knowledge of Lean, DFSS/DMAIC, PFMEA, or calibration is an advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work under supervision and collaborate effectively with engineering teams and external vendors.

• Conduct experiments, analyze test results, and support technical problem-solving.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, validation reports, and work instructions.
• Support process improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies and DFSS/DMAIC tools.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality system requirements and procedures.
• For calibration-related assignments, support equipment calibration, calibration procedures, audit activities, and calibration system management.
