Job summary
Frencken Mechatronics Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to support new product assembly and translate customer requirements into efficient manufacturing processes. You will develop standard work, improve productivity, and assist in engineering changes.

Qualifications
- Requires a Diploma in Engineering or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement is a plus.
- Internship experience in manufacturing/engineering is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer requirements into BOMs and manufacturing processes.
- Prepare and maintain assembly documentation and process flows.
- Provide technical support during assembly and production.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering to resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
- Support process standardization and knowledge transfer.
