Job summary

AEM Microtronics (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Production Engineer to manage and support contract manufacturers, ensuring products meet drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.

You will troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and drive improvements with cross-functional teams; travel to supplier sites may be required to support manufacturing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or related Engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or contract manufacturing.
• Experience working with suppliers or contract manufacturers is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Basic knowledge of root-cause analysis and problem-solving.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
• Willing to travel to supplier/contract manufacturing sites when required.
