Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related job experience.
• Strong data collection, analysis, reporting and documentation skills.
• Good analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data-analysis tools.
• Strong communication, coordination and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with dashboard/reporting tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel in organizing month-end performance evaluations and release results promptly.
• Organize and review departmental data to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate internal instructions and ensure implementation of policies and processes.
• Draft, review, and distribute production-related procedures and notices.
• Manage production-material and pharmaceutical sample applications and monitor storage/cost control.
• Conduct regular inspections of production-line 6S and quality practices.
• Coordinate across departments and follow up on documentation and OA approvals.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by management.
