Job summary

Synturn (M) Sdn Bhd, part of Spindex Industries Limited, seeks a Costing Officer to manage product costing, review production variances, and consolidate costing computations. The role requires a diploma or degree in accounting/financing costing with at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing.

Fresh graduates are welcome and candidates who can start immediately are preferred. Daily duties include preparing monthly costing reports, ensuring cost control, and performing inventory count checks.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance/Costing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience as Costing Officer in manufacturing.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to start immediately is a plus.
• Strong software skills, especially Excel for simulation models.

Responsibilities

• Handle product costing and periodic review of production and price variances for cost control.
• Coordinate and consolidate costing computations.
• Prepare monthly costing reports for management meetings.
• Conduct inventory physical count report checks.
