AGENSI PEKERJAAN MVC RESOURCES SDN. BHD. seeks a Finance & Costing Analyst for a manufacturing facility in Perak, Seri Iskandar. You will partner with plant leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, costing, and detailed financial analysis in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, SAP experience, and the ability to deliver accurate reports, control costs, and support continuous improvement initiatives across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in audit or 4+ years in finance/costing within manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Forecasting: monthly/quarterly forecasts and CAPEX/OPEX analysis.
• Financial Analysis & Control: analyze expenses, KPIs, and headcount variance.
• Product Costing: run mass costing for NPD/NPI with R&D and sourcing.
• Inventory Management: monitor provisions and SAP data accuracy.
• Month-End Closing: reconcile COGS, WIP, GLs, and accruals.
• Continuous Improvement: support governance and process improvements.
