Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised four-year college or university.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or training experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and training or learning management tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee delivery of comprehensive training programs to ensure quality, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
• Supervise and coach trainers to deliver effective training for new hires and existing employees, including Trust & Safety programs.
• Monitor trainer performance, trainee engagement, and learning outcomes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure training aligns with quality standards, policy compliance, and client expectations, especially for Trust & Safety operations.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and Trust & Safety teams to identify gaps and implement targeted action plans.
