Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced SEO specialist to develop and execute comprehensive strategies across client websites in Kuala Lumpur. You will perform keyword research, analyze competition, and implement content and backlink initiatives to improve Google SERP rankings.

The role requires hands-on experience with white and black hat methods, proficiency in major SEO tools, and Mandarin language skills. HTML/CSS knowledge and Google Ads familiarity are advantageous for this position.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience as an SEO specialist, constantly updating yourself with the latest knowledge about SEO
Familiar with both white and black hat SEO
Understand most of the backlink types and know how/when to use them
Proficient in SEO with a proven track record
Experienced in SEO industry programs & tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Search Console, etc.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage
Knowledge of Google Ads is an advantage
Mandarin speaker is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute SEO strategies for client's websites
Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
Research, analyze products/services of the business, analyze customers and competitors to build SEO strategy
Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success
Build and implement link building strategy
Implement campaigns based on budget
Continuously monitor, analyze and optimize SEO performance
