Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Junior Digital Marketing team member who is curious, creative, and eager to grow in the fast-moving world of digital marketing. You’ll gain hands-on experience across paid advertising, social media, content, campaign performance, and digital trends.

You’ll support planning, launching, and monitoring campaigns across Facebook/Meta, Google, and TikTok ads, while helping create engaging content across major social platforms.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, advertising or a similar role.
• Basic working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics/Google Ads, TikTok Ads or other digital marketing tools.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media and online trends.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• A curious, proactive and hands-on mindset with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, setup, launch and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and other platforms.
• Assist in creating, scheduling and managing engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social channels.
• Monitor key campaign metrics such as impressions, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions and engagement, and help prepare performance reports.
• Work closely with internal teams, creative partners and external agencies to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and on time.
• Maintain marketing databases and ensure lead information is accurate and well-organised.
• Support ongoing campaign optimisation by identifying opportunities to improve performance.
• Assist in testing new advertising channels, content ideas and digital marketing strategies.
• Keep up with the latest digital trends, social media updates, advertising tools and industry best practices.
