Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Result-driven, hardworking and motivated to earn high commissions.
• Willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic computer knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact interested customers provided by the company’s marketing system (No cold calling).
• Analyze customers’ financial issues (e.g. bank rejections, high debt commitment, etc.) and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure smooth communication and follow-up.
• Follow up with customers consistently to improve approval and conversion rates.
• Assist customers in preparing and gathering the required documents for submission.
• Work closely with the internal Process Team to ensure documents are complete and updated for bank approval.
• Record daily tasks and customer status updates in the company workflow system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
