Job summary

PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Executive (Fresh Graduate) to join their team. This role focuses on handling calls, emails and walk-ins, while ensuring accurate information and high satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree, possess strong English and Mandarin skills, and are eager to start a career in financial services. Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent, in any discipline.
• At least 2 years working experience with 1 year in customer service-related functions (fresh Graduates are welcome).
• Worked in a financial institution is preferred.
• Good understanding/knowledge of insurance or family takaful.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls, emails and walk-in customers.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools.
• Meet personal/customer service targets and interaction handling quotas.
• Handle customer feedback, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
