Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan ASK Resources Sdn Bhd is hiring a Customer Service Specialist in Shah Alam. The role handles inbound/outbound calls for company products and services, with a focus on empathetic customer care and prompt responses via chat or email.

Basic salary ranges from RM 2,500 to RM 4,000 with a RM 300 shift allowance; shift hours are 9 hours per day with a 1-hour break in rotational shifts. 12-month contract with training provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of strong telco or IT background with troubleshooting skills.
• Fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin or Chinese dialects advantageous.
• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passionate and enthusiastic about customer service.
• Effective team player with pleasant disposition and personality.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding company products and services.
• Handle customers with empathy.
• Assist customers in troubleshoot coverage issues or service disruptions by raising to relevant team.
• Respond to customer chat or email inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Upsell/cross-sell suitable products based on customer needs and suitability.
