Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in corporate finance, investment banking, or treasury.
• Good understanding of Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, Companies Act 2016, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of materials for corporate exercises including M&As, JVs, rights issuances.
• Maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
• Identify revenue generation opportunities, potential clients, and investor leads.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
