Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant network security experience.
• Mandarin language proficiency is mandatory.
• Hands-on implementation with Netskope or Zscaler required.
• Experience with SASE, Zero Trust, and security policies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and configure Netskope and/or Zscaler for enterprise customers.
• Deliver SSE/SASE, Zero Trust and Secure Web Gateway deployments.
• Migrate from legacy proxies/VPNs to cloud platforms.
• Lead workshops and discussions with customer security teams.
• Configure policies, authentication, and traffic steering; integrate with SSO/SIEM.
• Troubleshoot complex network/security issues and produce runbooks.
