Job summary

Motorola Solutions is offering a Student Internship in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia. You will support inbound inquiries and assist with sales- and customer-related tasks across the PartnerEmpower program, while learning from a global product portfolio.

The role requires pursuing a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Business Studies or International Business Management, Mandarin proficiency, good communication, and a proactive attitude. On-site, 4-month internship starting Jun–Aug 2026.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Business Studies, International Business Management.
• Excellent command in Mandarin (Traditional and Simplified) for China customer support.
• Preferably some experience in sales or customer-oriented roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure, independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, chats, web enquiries and emails from prospects or customers interested in Motorola products and solutions.
• Own non-technical requests and drive through to resolution.
• Coordinate with the repair centre on repair time, quality issues or shipping.
• Act as focal point and liaise with customers, partners, engineers and support managers.
• Assist partners with questions on the PartnerEmpower program and provide admin support.
• Make outbound calls to profile/ welcome partners and maintain contact with existing partners.
• Develop understanding of Motorola Solutions’ product portfolio and act as customer-facing ambassador.
