Job summary

Powerlink is seeking a marketing support professional in Malaysia to liaise with clients in China. The role covers order handling, after-sales repairs, and customer inquiries across multiple channels.

You will manage product serial numbers, coordinate production planning, and oversee overseas supplier purchasing with GRN and logs. Applicants should be proficient in Chinese, possess at least SPM education, and be able to work independently while handling multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Chinese language (speaking and writing).
• Minimum education: SPM or higher.
• Experience in sales support, customer service, or admin is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle orders and product repairs.
• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp/phone/email.
• Track product serial numbers and records.
• Coordinate production planning activities.
• Monitor IC inventory control list.
• Process overseas supplier purchases (PRN & PO).
• Coordinate delivery scheduling with suppliers.
• Prepare and issue quotations to customers.
• Plan material purchases and calculations.
• Coordinate between sales, operations, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Provide general administrative support as assigned.
