Job summary

United Carpet Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts and Administration Executive to support monthly reporting, stock balance reviews, and processing accounting documents. You will liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government bodies to ensure compliance and timely submissions.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Accounting (LCCI acceptable) and at least one year of related experience. Mandarin fluency is preferred for interactions with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers from

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least LCCI / Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalence.
• At least 1 year working experience in accounting.
• Fluent in Mandarin to deal with Mandarin speaking clients & suppliers from China.
• Knowledge in Autocount is advantageous.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of monthly financial or management reporting.
• Prepare monthly stock balance reports.
• Coordinate with other departments on accounting documents.
• Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, banker, company secretary and government grant.
• Handle other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
