Job summary

NeuWhite Paper Pulp Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts Executive in Malaysia to support daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure e-Invoice compliance.

Requirements: Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or Finance; Mandarin fluency for China documentation; 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with solid fundamentals may be considered); familiar with Autocount, SQL, Yonsuite ERP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or an equivalent field.
• Must speak and write Mandarin for documentation from China.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience; fresh graduates with solid fundamentals may be considered.
• Familiar with Autocount, SQL, Yonsuite ERP and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure items are cleared promptly.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and support month-end close.
• Coordinate with auditors and Company Secretary as needed.
• Assist in tax coordination and other statutory/compliance matters.
