Nexpipo in Malaysia seeks a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations and support accurate financial reporting. You will handle AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and assist with audits in a structured environment.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, strong knowledge of accounting principles, and fluency in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and you will learn new systems including SQL-based

Formación

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Willingness to learn new systems, including SQL accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Mandarin fluency (spoken and written) to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Handle AP and AR entries using the company's accounting system, including SQL accounting software.
• Assist with audit activities and liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant authorities.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, cash flow analysis, and financial statements.
• Support compliance with company financial policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
• Provide clerical and administrative support, including filing, documentation management, and general office administration duties.
• Assist in daily accounting operations and ensure proper maintenance of accounting records.
