Job summary

You will prepare monthly, weekly and daily reports for management, monitor budgets, liaise with auditors and tax agents, and maintain orderly records. Prior experience in a similar role and strong communication with other departments is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle full set accounts including GL, AR, AP and bank reconciliation independently.
• Monitor daily accounting events, P&L, petty cash, cash flow and staff payments.
• Prepare monthly, weekly and daily management reports.
• Ensure expenses in P&L align with approved budgets.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretaries.
• Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping for financial statements and documents.
• Assist with ad hoc accounting tasks.
