We value attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and communication skills in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin (preferred). Diploma or Bachelor’s degrees in accounting/finance are required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Excel).
• Ability to maintain accuracy and data integrity.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
• Record daily financial transactions in accounting systems.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure tax compliance.
• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Conduct audits and prepare supporting documents.
• Monitor expenses and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.
