Qualifications

As a Junior Sales Assistant, you will support the sales team in engaging with customers, understanding their property and renovation needs, and guiding them through their purchase journey. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in engaging with potential customers to understand their property, renovation, and lifestyle requirements
• Support senior sales staff in providing product information and renovation solutions to customers
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentation materials
• Follow up with leads and prospects under the guidance of the sales team
• Help coordinate customer appointments, site visits, and showroom walkthroughs
• Learn and understand the full sales process from enquiry through to closing

Client Relationship Support

• Assist in maintaining positive relationships with new and existing customers
• Attend client meetings, property visits, and site consultations alongside senior staff
• Provide timely responses to customer enquiries and escalat(e) when necessary
• Support the team in ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience throughout

Project & Administrative Coordination

• Assist in coordinating between customers, designers, contractors, and internal teams
• Help keep customers updated on project progress and relevant arrangements
• Maintain accurate customer records, follow-up logs, and sales documentation
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the sales team

Learning & Development

• Actively learn about property market trends, renovation solutions, and customer needs
• Participate in team briefings, product training, and sales development sessions
• Develop knowledge of competitor offerings and industry developments
• Work towards individual sales contribution goals with team support and guidance

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field are welcome to apply
• Interest or experience in real estate, renovation, interior design, or home improvement is an advantage

Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients — this is a mandatory requirement

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
