Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Mandarin speaking proficiency is mandatory.
• English proficiency suitable for a professional working environment.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring MVC.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with commonly used middleware technologies.
• Experience working with relational databases, particularly MySQL and/or Oracle.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and backend application development.
• Good troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Nice-to-have: experience with AI-assisted IT solutions, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and backend services
• Develop backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC
• Participate in the design and development of microservices and distributed applications
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
• Work with relational databases such as MySQL and Oracle for application development and data management
• Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices
• Support application performance analysis, optimization, and performance tuning activities
• Collaborate with developers, technical teams, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle
• Support application deployment and CI/CD activities as required
• Prepare and maintain relevant technical documentation
