Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in any discipline.
• Mandarin C1 proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
• English B2 proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension).
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in moderation or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify, and moderate user-generated content per policies.
• Identify and remove content violating standards.
• Apply policies consistently while maintaining quality.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy KPIs.
• Escalate complex cases per procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Participate in training and policy updates.
• Respond to internal communications and updates.
