Tenaga Nasional Berhad seeks a Manager, Treasury to lead cashflow planning, payments, banking relations, and liquidity management. You will oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and ensure timely settlements aligned with agreements and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 5+ years of treasury experience with at least 3 years in the Single Buyer context, strong analytical skills, and collaboration with finance leadership to sustain financial efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fields
• Minimum 5 years working experience with minimum 3 years in SB

Responsabilidades

• Manage Account Payables to ensure timely payments
• Manage Account Receivables to ensure all receivables are captured properly
• Monitor and manage payroll, staff claims processing and dividend payout to shareholders
• Assist in cashflow planning and management on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis (which include payments to generators, fuel suppliers, vendors and staffs and revenues related to IBR and non-IBR as well receivables from generators and cross-border initiatives)
• Manage banking matters (including bank reconciliation, banking facility and short-term placement) and foster good networking with banks
• Maintain sanction list for payments related to foreign countries
• Assist in managing effective debt and liquidity management (borrowings and interest on borrowings)

Mission (Sources of Values)

• Ensure timely and efficient settlement of payments to generators, fuel suppliers and vendors as per the agreements
• Ensure financial sustainability of Single Buyer and efficiency in cashflow management
• Ensure timely and efficient recovery of additional cost of generation via the ICPT mechanism

Accountability & Responsibility

• Manage Account Payables to ensure timely payments
• Manage Account Receivables to ensure all receivables are captured properly
• Monitor and manage payroll, staff claims processing and dividend payout to shareholders
• Assist in cashflow planning and management on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis(which include payments to generators, fuel suppliers, vendors and staffs and revenuesrelated to IBR and non-IBR as well receivables from generators and cross-borderinitiatives)
