DayOne Data Centers Malaysia I Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a senior professional to lead operational reporting and capacity management across its regional data center portfolio. You will analyze usage data, benchmark performance, and provide insights to senior management for strategic decisions.
The role requires strong data analytics, English fluency, and deep knowledge of data center infrastructure including power, cooling and networking systems. Travel around the region is expected.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, electronic, mechanical, mechatronic or related discipline) or a related technical field.
Minimum of 7 years' experience in a data center-relevant discipline, including operations, design, construction or product; with a strong working knowledge of data center infrastructure covering power, cooling, building management and network systems.
Fluent in English; proficiency in local languages of the market where DayOne operates or plans to expand would be an advantage including Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia, Japanese, or Thai. Strong analytical and data skills; proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI. Commercially aware, with the ability to translate operational data into clear, actionable insight for senior stakeholders. Self‑motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced operational environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrable experience collaborating across internal and external stakeholder groups.
Professional certification in data centre operations (EPI: CDCP, CDCS, CDCE, CTDC; or Uptime: ATD, ATS, AOS) or a related discipline is advantageous.
Approximately 10% regional travel is required to support site visits and reporting activities across the portfolio.
