A leading financial institution in Malaysia is seeking a qualified individual to lead product design and implementation strategies. This role requires at least 10 years of experience in product design or business analysis, and strong analytical skills to interpret market trends. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships and enhancing organizational performance through strategic initiatives. Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English are essential.
Lead the product design and implementation strategy of EPF’s product offerings by translating policies and customer insights into conceptual design, and continuously identify and analyse product enhancement initiatives.
1. Identify product and service enhancement opportunities, analyse customer needs, design products, services, and solutions that align with organisational strategy, market dynamics, and customer expectations.
2. Use knowledge on product, process, systems and policy to strategise product enhancement initiatives.
3. Continuously enhance organizational performance by identifying improvement opportunities, re-engineering processes, and leveraging automation technologies to achieve efficiency, quality, and service excellence.
4. Design, implement, and monitor strategies that align with organizational objectives, ensuring effective resource utilization, risk mitigation, and sustainable growth.
5. Identify, engage, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to build trust, align expectations, and achieve organizational objectives. This includes anticipating stakeholder needs, navigating competing priorities, and fostering collaborative partnerships.
