Responsibilities

• Support Head of Marketing in developing and refining the Product Strategy and defining product features and requirements.
• Analyze market landscape to define differentiated product positioning.
• Manage Product Portfolio and Brand Architecture and lead teams to develop new products and re-branding efforts.
• Monitor and improve product performance including pricing and cost structure.
• Forecasting and scenario planning to support budgeting and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan global marketing plans and trainings.
• Benchmark competitor products and work with cross-functional teams to differentiate and improve products.
• Support sales on key customers and end-user or partner development.
• Develop potential technical specifications, pricing considerations and contract requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts and explore new applications or product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Marketing in developing and refining the Product Strategy, definition of product features and requirements, building product business development roadmaps, conducting customer interviews for case studies, managing product information and its release, conducting sales and support training.
• Analyze the market landscape and the competitive environment to define a differentiated product positioning that delivers unique value for the Company and customers.
• Manage the Product Portfolio and Brand Architecture for the business. This will involve leading teams to develop new products, tuning and streamlining of current products and SKUs, re‑branding and re‑positioning of products to sustain upper quartile performance of the product portfolio.
• Monitor, analyze and improve the product performance including volume and profitability. This P&L function includes developing a detailed knowledge of the product pricing and cost structure, especially product recipes.
• Forecasting and scenario planning to support Annual Budgeting process and the Monthly/Quarterly review of business performance including volume allocation and profitability.
• Work with marketing and sales operational team to plan and implement global marketing plans, including contribution to organizing trade shows and special events, product and application trainings.
• Responsible for competitor product benchmarking and work with technical, production & finance team to differentiate & improve our products.
• Support sales team on key customer, end‑user or partner development.
• Develop potential technical specifications, pricing considerations and contract requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts and investigate new applications or improvements to products with customers.
