Lead payroll operations with accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. As a Payroll Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring payroll is processed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. You'll help maintain payroll compliance, support employees with payroll-related inquiries, oversee payroll systems, and provide leadership to the payroll team while identifying opportunities to improve payroll processes.
You will be a great fit if you hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is preferred. Minimum 5 years of progressive payroll administration experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong understanding of payroll principles, practices, and regulations. Proficiency in payroll software and systems. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.
