Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch.
• Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring contractual obligations and SLAs are consistently met.
• Monitor and improve operational KPIs: on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, pick rate, productivity, and space utilization.
• Lead and develop warehouse teams across various shifts, including supervisors and frontline staff.
• Drive health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
• Plan and allocate labor and equipment resources based on forecasted volume and activity levels.
• Maintain accurate inventory control through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes.
• Work closely with customer service and account managers to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution and attend to and resolve customers issues promptly.
• Initiate and implement cost saving projects and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) to enhance service quality and reduce operational costs and wastages. I
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) effectively for operational control and data accuracy.
• Coordinate with transport teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in managing multi-client 3PL operations or Courier operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse workflows, WMS systems, and inventory control practices.
• Experience leading large teams, including temp/contract labor management.
• Familiar with safety standards and regulatory compliance (HSE, ISO, etc.).
• Strong analytical, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced operations while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Must be able to work at Tanjung Pelepas Port, Johor.
