Job summary

CompAsia Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya seeks a Merchandising Manager to ensure the right products are available at the right stores and times while maintaining healthy inventory levels. You will drive inventory planning, demand forecasting and assortment planning to improve stock availability and sell-through.

Collaborating with Retail Operations and suppliers, you will monitor trends and optimize replenishment strategies to support business needs and enhance forecasting accuracy across channels.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management, Merchandising, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in retail merchandising, inventory management or demand planning.
• Strong analytical, Excel and data management skills.
• Good understanding of retail inventory management, demand forecasting and assortment planning.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in telco, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG retail would be an advantage.
