Job summary

Protecthealth Corporation in Sepang, Selangor seeks a Manager, MediAsas Analytics to lead key analytical portfolios across DRG, Care Outcome, FWA, provider performance and programme analytics. You will translate healthcare data into meaningful recommendations that support quality and effectiveness of MediAsas.

You will oversee dashboards, scorecards, predictive analytics and management reporting, supervise the Analytics team, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Health Economics, Healthcare/Health Sciences or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in healthcare analytics, claims analytics, healthcare financing, health insurance/takaful, ITO/TPA or similar environments.
• Experience leading analytical projects and/or teams.
• Exposure to DRG/case-mix, FWA, provider or Care Outcome analytics is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical capability using Excel, SQL, Power BI and Python/R or equivalent tools.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical projects across DRG, Care Outcome and FWA.
• Manage analytics supporting DRG rate establishment, maintenance and revision.
• Analyse healthcare utilisation, claims, case-mix, cost and provider performance.
• Lead Care Outcome monitoring and healthcare quality analytics.
• Lead FWA analytics across FFS and DRG, including risk profiling and abnormal pattern detection.
• Manage provider benchmarking, healthcare trend analysis and programme evaluation.
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations for management.
• Oversee dashboards, scorecards, predictive analytics and management reporting.
• Ensure analytical accuracy, data quality and appropriate governance.
• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders on integrated analytical solutions.
• Supervise and develop members of the MediAsas Analytics team.

What we're looking for

Preferably 7–10 years of relevant experience in healthcare analytics, claims analytics, healthcare financing, health insurance/takaful, ITO/TPA or similar environments.
