Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, a key asset servicing hub in IOI City, Putrajaya, invites an experienced Manager to lead Accounting & Reporting Services for PERES Operations. The role focuses on governance, risk management, and controls across fund servicing activities for private equity and real estate structures.

Responsibilities include ensuring SLA‑compliant service delivery, participating in risk assessments, MI reporting, and driving continuous process improvements within a European‑focused region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent.
• Degree in relevant field or relevant professional training.
• Ability to identify control gaps and propose practical solution.
• Sufficient exposure to generic Operational Risk Framework.
• Strong risk mindset and well‑disciplined to ensure adherence to governance.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skill.
• People & Stakeholder Management.

Responsibilities

• Support HOD in policy development and oversight of risk and controls.
• Ensure service delivery is in compliance with SLA and governance.
• Involve in projects to advise on risk and control aspects.
• Collaborate with Risk Management, Ops Control and other stakeholders on governance.
• Support RCSA processes and ensure risk identification and mitigation documentation.
• Establish review plans and perform regular control testing and daily checks on high‑risk items.
• Track KRIs and escalate areas of concern with mitigation plans.
• Perform ongoing process reviews for quality and productivity improvement.
• Assist in reporting incidents and root cause analysis.
• Ensure change control framework is adhered to and assess risk exposure.
• Prepare MI reports and perform data analytics for process improvements.
• Formulate training to instill control culture and participate in management calls.
