Job summary

RGE is seeking an experienced Audit professional to plan, direct, and monitor audit activities to minimize risk and improve performance across financial, operational, and managerial processes.

You will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, lead a team of audit professionals, and coordinate with external auditors to deliver high-quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant audit experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.

Responsibilities

• Audit overall business process/operations and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Review financial transactions through verification and inspection of financial statements, transactions, reports, and policies.
• Audit reporting for external auditors, regulatory authorities, joint venture partners, etc.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage audit projects efficiently, with minimal disruptions to day-to-day operations.
• Audit projects may involve various technical specialists (e.g., finance, safety, environment, engineering, or information systems).
• Develop, evaluate, and review audit procedures and standards to ensure audits are conducted rigorously and consistently.
• Evaluate audit findings; prepare audit reports and make recommendations to senior management for improving processes.
• Coordinate projects involving external auditors to ensure access to information and high service standards.
• Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of audit professionals to ensure high standards of accuracy and credibility.

Requirements:

• A degree in the related job field.
• At least 5 to 8 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
