The successful candidate will develop audit procedures, evaluate findings with senior management, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while guiding a team toward continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Audit overall business processes for compliance with policies and standards.
• Review financial transactions and statements for accuracy.
• Prepare audit reports for external auditors and regulators.
• Plan, prioritize and manage audit projects with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional experts (finance, safety, IT, etc.).
• Develop and revise audit procedures to ensure rigor and consistency.
• Evaluate findings and recommend improvements to senior management.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure access and service quality.
• Lead and develop a team of audit professionals to high standards.
