Job summary

Heineken in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, seeks a Supply Chain professional to support the Demand Planning Manager. You will translate demand into executable ExB plans, perform data analysis, reporting, and provide insights to support Demand Review and S&OP processes.

You will balance service level with stock, collaborate with Planning teams, and help ensure accurate plans across SKU, channel, and distributor levels in a fast-moving consumer environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning / Supply Chain Planning / Analytics.
• Experience in S&OP / Demand Review process; FMCG experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Core and FuturMaster planning systems is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Demand Planning Manager by translating ExD demand into execution-ready ExB plans.
• Provide data analysis, reporting and insights for Demand Review and S&OP processes.
• Contribute to planning at SKU, channel and distributor levels; manage complexity and feasibility.
• Balance service level, stock availability, and inventory risk in a dynamic execution environment.
• Perform detailed analyses to identify risks, gaps and opportunities for decision making.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning and Material Planning to validate demand plan feasibility.

Function: Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities:

• To support the Demand Planning Manager (ExB) in translating ExD demand into detailed, execution-ready ExB plans and providing data analysis, reporting and insights to support decision-making within Demand Review and S&OP processes.
• Converting ExD demand signals into detailed, execution-ready ExB plans across SKU, channel and distributor levels
• Managing planning complexity and granularity while ensuring accuracy and operational feasibility
• Balancing service level, stock availability and inventory risks in a dynamic execution environment
• Perform detailed analysis, identify key risks, gaps, and optimiza opprtunitiess to support decision making
• Work closely with Supply Planning & Material Planning to validate demand plan feasibility

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering (Industrial/ Operations), or related disciplines.
• 3-5 years of experience in Demand Planning/ Supply Chain Planning/ Analytics
• Experience in S&OP/ Demand Review process,with regional or central planning hub and in FMCG or fast-moving environment preferred
• Knowledge of Core and FuturMaster planning systems is an added advantage
