Job summary

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad in Malaysia seeks a seasoned compliance leader to develop, review, and maintain policy frameworks, assess regulatory changes, and oversee policy implementation.

The role designs annual training plans, delivers sessions, and supports inspections and audits; candidates should have a law/finance/business degree and 6–10 years' experience in compliance, with strong governance and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 6–10 years’ experience in compliance or regulatory roles.
• Strong policy governance, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred; certifications are an advantage.
