Job summary

AIA Company Limited is seeking a Manager of Cloud Operations (Windows) to lead Windows-based platform services across the enterprise, primarily on Microsoft Azure. You will oversee 24/7 operations, incident response, governance, and automation to ensure reliability and performance.

In this role you will drive cloud transformation, advise on platform design, and mentor teams while aligning with enterprise standards and security controls across Windows environments.

• Enable onboarding to Windows platform services, ensuring platform readiness and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Define and enforce governance, standards, and security controls across Windows environments.
• Drive automation, configuration management, and observability, improving efficiency and performance.
• Provide technical leadership, supporting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous platform improvement.

About the Role

The Manager of Cloud Operations (Windows) is responsible for leading the delivery and continuous improvement of Windows-based platform services across AIA business units, leveraging AIA’s enterprise cloud platform, primarily on Microsoft Azure.

This role drives operational excellence across day-to-day service operations, including incident, change, request, and problem management, ensuring platform reliability, scalability, and resilience. It focuses on the design, optimization, and governance of Windows platform services through advanced administration, automation, and performance tuning.

The role also contributes to cloud transformation and workload modernization initiatives by promoting best practices, guiding platform and infrastructure design decisions, and enhancing platform capabilities in alignment with enterprise standards.
