As part of a multiyear transformation journey to support our bold ambition for 2030, MDLZ is undertaking 2 major programs: embracing a state-of-the-art planning system (O9 Solutions) and moving towards SAP S4 HANA, thereby strengthening our digital core. The Change Hub is a centralized team of junior change specialists who provide standardized, scalable change management delivery support across AMEA business units. As the Hub Lead, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing this team — ensuring consistent ways of working, quality of output, and alignment with BU Change Leads to drive adoption and sustainment across markets.
