Job summary

MindMerge Consulting represents a leading multinational conglomerate seeking a Manager, Avionics/IFE to lead technical services engineering support for the entire fleet across assigned ATA chapters.

The role requires coordinating with airworthiness authorities, vendors, and overhaul agencies to ensure airworthiness and efficiency, while supervising staff and ensuring training and adherence to latest methods.

Qualifications

• Degree in Aeronautics & Aerospace Engineering; 10 years' experience in Aircraft/LAE, Avionics & IFE.
• CAAM DOA SCE familiarity and CAAM rules knowledge.
• Basic aircraft system knowledge for assigned ATA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical services engineering support for fleet across ATA chapters.

Job description

Our client is one of the leading multinational conglomerates and they're looking forManager, Avionics/IFE.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead and manage technical services engineering support to operation and productionareas pertaining to all fleet of aircraft under the assigned ATA chapters.
  
• Lead and liaise and discuss on technical matters with airworthiness authority, vendors, overhaul agency and other departments to ensure airworthiness and high efficiency of fleet.
  
• Lead and maintain an effective and economical administrative system in the sectionand to supervise staff in the section in the accomplishment of assigned tasks.
  
• To ensure that the staff in the section are in possession of the correct skills, areappropriately trained and are up to date on the latest methods, procedures and requirements.
  
• Responsible to undertake the necessary corrective and preventive action resulting from the quality compliance monitoring and audit program in your section.
  
• Undertake any other duties as assigned from time to time.
  
• Deputise for Senior Manager, Technical Services as required.
  

Requirements

• Degree in Aeronautics & Aerospace Engineering with 10 years experience in Aircraftrelated or LAE past experiences - Aircraft Avionics & IFE
  
• Others - CAAM DOA SCE Aircraft Avionics & IFE.
  
• Basic aircraft system related to assigned ATA.
  
• Familiar with CAAM rules and regulations.
  
• Familiar with Design Organisation Manual for release and approval of various design documents.
