Businesslist in Kuala Lumpur invites an experienced Manager/Associate Director to lead end-to-end commercial due diligence projects across diverse industries for investors. You will deliver independent market assessments and viable commercial insights to support acquisition decisions.

We seek 5–7 years in CDD within professional services, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent stakeholder management.

• Evaluate commercial risks and growth opportunities to help clients make informed acquisition, investment, and value creation decisions.
• Present strategic recommendations and key findings to senior stakeholders through high-impact reports and executive-level presentations.
