Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking motivated individuals for a Management Trainee Programme with hands-on exposure to customer service, sales support and order processing. The role is designed to develop foundational skills across the customer lifecycle, from inquiries to invoicing and reporting.

Fresh graduates or those with some experience are welcome. A 12-month contract with potential transition to permanent employment, plus benefits and a company bonus scheme, are included.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handle customer enquiries and orders
• Prepare quotations, pricing and invoices
• Coordinate deliveries and returns
• Support the Sales and Account Management teams
• Maintain customer records and information
• Prepare simple sales and customer reports
• Assist with customer requests and follow-ups

What you can expect:

• 12-months contract guaranteed convertible to Permanent Employment
• Same benefits as permanent employees during the contract period
• 1-month contractual bonus in December
• Company performance bonus in April (approximately 2.6 months)
