Job summary

PERSOL Malaysia invites fresh engineering graduates to join its structured training program designed to build fundamentals across mechanical, electrical, chemical, and industrial disciplines. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field), Business Administration, or related field
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience in an engineering-related field
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles and challenges
