PERSOL Malaysia invites fresh engineering graduates to join its structured training program designed to build fundamentals across mechanical, electrical, chemical, and industrial disciplines. The program blends on-the-job training with rotational assignments across departments to develop practical skills.

You will learn from senior engineers, participate in designing and optimizing processes, and contribute to projects while developing lean manufacturing and Six Sigma basics.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field), Business Administration, or related field
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience in an engineering-related field
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles and challenges

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the design, implementation, and optimization of engineering processes
• Work closely with senior engineers to learn about production workflows, maintenance strategies, and process improvements
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring engineering projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines and objectives are met
• Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of engineering systems and products
• Learn and assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies
