Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Corporate Admin or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of working experience in related field; fresh graduates considered for entry level.
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Self-driven, positive attitude, high ownership, resourceful, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Track and follow up on departmental improvement items to support performance targets.
• Collect, organize, and maintain business data for decision-making.
• Prepare, update, and present reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate across departments (Finance, Marketing, Technical, Product) to support initiatives and resolve operational challenges.
• Analyze customer and market data to drive insights that improve sales productivity and operational efficiency.
• Provide timely data inputs for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests from management.
