About the Role:

We offer a structured Management Trainee Program designed to develop future leaders. During this program, you will undergo comprehensive training in the company’s operations, gaining hands‑on experience in workflow management, process optimization, team coordination, decision‑making, and problem‑solving.

This foundational phase aims to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to prepare for future senior management roles. We welcome energetic, enthusiastic fresh graduates who are eager to engage with people and children, demonstrating an open heart and a proactive attitude. Upon successful completion of the program, you will transition into your core area of interest and expertise, such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analysis, or other related disciplines.

Working Hours:

Mon : off

Tuesday - Friday : 2:00pm - 8:00pm

Saturday and Sunday: 9.30am - 8.00pm

Key Accountabilities:

• Continuously learn and understand the specific business operations and management strategies of the company.
• Participate in and lead team projects, enhancing teamwork and leadership skills.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in the company's daily operations and management activities, learning the business processes and strategies.
• Assume leadership roles in projects, effectively distributing tasks and managing progress to ensure smooth completion.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates or those with 1 years of work experience.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
