The Management Trainee will undergo a structured training and development programme designed to provide hands-on exposure to various aspects of business operations, management, and leadership within the organisation. The trainee will work closely with different departments and management teams to gain practical experience and develop the skills required for future supervisory or management positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training programme covering business operations, administration, customer service, human resources, sales, and other relevant functions.
• Gain hands-on experience through rotation or exposure to different departments and operational areas.
• Assist managers and department heads in daily operations, project coordination, and administrative activities.
• Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Monitor and assist in improving operational processes, workflow, and service quality.
• Participate in company projects, campaigns, events, and business initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by management.
• Analyse operational issues and assist in identifying practical solutions and improvements.
• Develop strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills through practical assignments.
• Work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of assigned tasks.
• Take initiative in learning the organisation's business processes, services, and industry practices.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Training & Development

• Receive structured on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced managers.

Requirements
