Job summary

Jora Malaysia is launching a Management Trainee program across outlets in Johor Bahru, Melaka, and Kuala Lumpur. The program offers rotational training across sales, service, marketing and administration.

Selected trainees will assist daily operations, engage customers, analyze performance, prepare reports for management, and support process improvements while demonstrating leadership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational training across sales, service, marketing, and administration departments.
• Assist in daily dealership operations and support management in decision-making.
• Involve in customer engagement, showroom activities, and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze business performance and prepare reports for management review.
• Support departmental heads in planning and implementing process improvements.
• Demonstrate leadership, initiative, and teamwork throughout the program.

Work Location

We are hiring Management Trainees for our outlets in Johor Bahru, Melaka and Kuala Lumpur.

Candidates from Melaka and Kuala Lumpur are encouraged to apply and, upon successful selection, will be stationed at our outlet in their respective hometown.
