5G-Starlink Pte. in Malaysia, Malacca City, invites applicants for a Management Associate in Human Resources (Reward and Performance). The programme provides hands-on experience across HR functions and exposure to senior leaders.

You will develop and implement actions to protect assets and profitability, undertake strategic projects, and drive organizational growth. Travel to factories and daily operations are part of the role, with a pathway to management upon programme completion.

Formación

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent from reputable universities.
• Excellent in communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Pleasant personality and able to interact with all levels of people.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily tasks in various HR functions to gain practical experience.
